For the Sauce:Fruits & Vegetables

2 cups marinara sauce (look for a low-carb option)
1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Layers:

1 medium-sized zucchini, thinly sliced lengthwise
1 medium-sized eggplant, thinly sliced lengthwise
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
