Ingredients
For the Crispy Base:
2 cups frozen shredded hash browns (slightly thawed)
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
For the Egg Layer:
6 large eggs
¼ cup milk
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Topping:
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp chopped green onions or fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.

2. Prepare the Hash Brown Crust

In a bowl, combine the shredded hash browns with olive oil (or butter), salt, and pepper.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish, creating an even layer—this will be your crispy base.
